During the winter, we stay busy with wrapping up the financial and other records of the prior year; developing plans and the seed order for the upcoming season; maintaining and fabricating equipment and machinery; proceeding on various building projects; attending farmer and other meetings and workshops; and spending time with family, friends, and nature!
